Number of Guests per Studio
Each Studio accommodates two people.
Rates
All tariffs are quoted in Australian Dollars. Tariffs
are per night per Studio, for single or double occupancy.
Included in our rates are chilled sparkling wine on arrival,
generous provisions for a cooked breakfast for the first morning
and port & chocolates.
Deposits and Payment
A deposit of 50% of the total booking is to be paid by credit
card to secure a booking. Window on the Otways accepts Visa,
MasterCard and BankCard.
The balance is payable on, or prior to arrival (by credit
card, EFTPOS or cash). For peak period bookings the balance
is payable 14 days prior to arrival. * Peak Period is December
24 to 15 January
Cancellation & Refunds
The deposit is refundable, less a $50.00 administration levy,
if you cancel more than 14 days prior to arrival date.
If you cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival date we will
endeavor to rebook the accommodation. If successful your full
payment/deposit will be refunded less the $50.00 administration
levy. If rebooking is unsuccessful Window on the Otways will
retain the deposit.
‘No shows’ will be charged in full.
Minimum Night Bookings
2 nights minimum booking. Single night bookings are only available
occasionally and are charged at peak night rates.
Check In and Check Out Times
Check in is between 2.30 pm and 8.30pm*
Check out is between 10.30 am and 11.00am*
*Unless prior arrangements have been made
Smoking
Window on the Otways has a very strict non–smoking
policy. Ashtrays are provided outside for butts. Due to the
high fire risk guests are asked not to dispose of butts anywhere
else on the grounds of the property.
Visitors
The Studios at Window on the Otways are designed to
accommodate two people only. Guests who wish to have visitors
during the day are welcome to do so, however this should be
pre-arranged with Management.
Additional Costs
Please appreciate, because of our experience with just a few
past guests we have had to apply the following conditions:
• Smoking
An additional cleaning/deodorising cost of $65.00 will be
charged if smoking occurs inside.
• Cleanliness
A charge of $65.00 will apply if the Studios are not left
reasonably clean and tidy.
• Loss, Theft or Damage
A charge will apply for loss, theft, or damage to the Studios,
furnishings or Zen Den. The amount charged will be equivalent
to the loss, theft or damage incurred.
Window on the Otways reserves the right to debit your
credit card, or send you an invoice for any outstanding amounts
or any extra charges for cleaning or damaged or stolen property.
Pets
Unfortunately Window on the Otways cannot accommodate
pets, our beautiful wildlife must be protected.
There are pet facilities nearby so you can visit your friend
and tell them you love them.
